Wayne Rocks! I have wanted to play the drums for many years and finally have the time and willingness to learn. (Not too sure how my children are feeling about all the noise when I practice though). Wayne leaves me full of confidence after each lesson. His enthusiasm and my want to learn are a great combination and I thoroughly enjoy my hour a week with him. I came away from my first lesson not only understanding what it was I had been taught, but also with confidence that I would be able to remember what I had learnt. The best thing about Wayne's teaching style is that he taught me what I actually asked to learn instead of what he thought I should learn. Wayne Mahy has an extensive knowledge of an eclectic range of music. He brings his own passion to his teaching and provides an exciting and enthusiastic approach to learning for the student.

He is up to date with modern and contemporary styles and can relate to his students and their personal tastes in music and apply these accordingly to the lessons.

His knowledge of techniques and confidence with his students shows the depth of his experience. He is always friendly and has an excellent sense of humour.
